One of the easiest ways we found was to bring some of a property’s monthly service in-house. Most of the costs of this service that are typically charged by an outside company are in a trip fee.

For an outside vendor to come to change an AC filter they charge 10x of what a filter actually costs. We found by maximizing each site visit we can inspect the property, talk with tenants, and perform monthly service in 1 stop.
